What’s it like to work at IPS?
“The training has been fantastic, and I’m learning so much. My day-to-day includes taking client calls, resolving support tickets, managing payroll, and tackling random projects like year-end tasks. Coming from a 401k-focused background, I’ve found the transition to isolved and reporting comfortable thanks to my previous experience with the system.”
What makes you great at your job?
“Over the years, I’ve developed strong customer service skills working face-to-face, on the phone, and by email. When I started, I was terrified of answering phones. But now, I love it—maybe it’s the mom in me. Listening, empathizing, and treating clients like people, not numbers, makes all the difference.”
What’s your idea of a perfect workday?
“Being busy and challenged! As a mom, I’m used to staying on the go. I thrive when there’s a lot to do and always look for ways to help or learn something new if it’s a slower day.”
