What new packages or products should customers know about, and how do they address current market demands or trends?
“Clients are becoming more familiar with our QuickBooks Online Integration to help with the administrative burden of re-keying into their General Ledger. Another product that is gaining traction is our COBRA integration service. It’s designed to streamline and automate the COBRA notification process whenever required.”
Are there specific IPS features or programming to highlight that have successfully helped IPS customers streamline their business processes?
“Some of the “newer” features of the system that are gaining traction with our current and new clients are primarily based around human resources. Clients want an automated system to handle their performance reviews throughout the year. The system alerts managers and employees when they are due for a review. This can all be handled through the online portal or our mobile app. The client can use a template that we provide or build out a custom review that is specific to their needs.”
How is your team leveraging emerging technologies to enhance payroll, human capital management (HCM), and overall workforce solutions?
“Clients are working with our isolved platform to track labor costs against revenue as the costs are incurred over the course of the year. Employee retention is critical for business owners. Offering benefit statements to their employees so they can see their complete compensation picture is a valuable retention tool for clients in all industries.”
What specific steps are being taken to improve the IPS customer experience and address the evolving needs of both businesses and their employees?
