IPS Vice President Leslie Kiefer recently returned from a four-day workshop in Salt Lake City, UT where she met with officials from iSolved, the company’s premier technology partner. iSolved provides IPS with industry-leading software to help drive efficiency in a wide range of human capital management (HCM) services. Together, Leslie and iSolved’s team of experts took a closer look at recent enhancements made to the software’s “Benefits” module.
“Investing in technology is critical within our industry,” said Kiefer. “As software continues to evolve, we need to understand exactly how it can make a difference for our customers. This week we worked extensively within the Benefits toolbox, and I came away impressed. IPS looks forward to helping our customers leverage these new tools to streamline benefit portfolio setup and enrollment processes across the board.”
In addition to the deep dive on software, Kiefer was also able to connect with industry colleagues gathered from other regions in the US.
